Since completing my education in the U.K. I’ve trained and/or worked as an aerobic instructor, an inflight-translator, a symphonic and operatic conductor, a yoga teacher, an Ayurveda consultant, a University Professor, and now… a content creator. I’ve found that when I take a few minutes to let my curiosity flow, I thrive on its renewable energy and 8 Minute Idea is my way of sharing it with you!
So take a listen! You might just stumble upon something that’ll help you work, play, or feel better.
